Please note that we do not offer free returns, both UK and international returns will be at the cost of the customer.

Our returns period is currently 60 days.

Please send any returns to the address below and ensure you include the completed returns form, enclosed at the time of ordering. Postage for returns are not reimbursed and must be sent using a traceable service.

Orders sent out mistakenly by William Evans Ltd must be notified and we will send a return labelto have the wrong parcel returned.
