Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Please note that we do not offer free returns, both UK and international returns will be at the cost of the customer.

Our returns period is currently 60 days.

Please send any returns to the address below and ensure you include the completed returns form, enclosed at the time of ordering. Postage for returns are not reimbursed and must be sent using a traceable service.

Orders sent out mistakenly by William Evans Ltd must be notified and we will send a return labelto have the wrong parcel returned. Please do not send the item back before contacting us as we cannot reimburse postage. Every effort is made to send all parcels out correctly and in a timely fashion. This two-layered collared men’s jumper has a 100% New Zealand wool outer, while the comfy inner lining blends New Zealand wool, possum and nylon. Yes, possum – an invasive species that makes up for some of the damage it causes by kindly donating its incredibly soft pelt.

The Mackenzie is based on our iconic Cairnsman Jersey – with a few tweaks thanks to your feedback. It’s made for you, by you.
