Please note that we do not offer free returns, both UK and international returns will be at the cost of the customer.

Our returns period is currently 60 days.

Please send any returns to the address below and ensure you include the completed returns form, enclosed at the time of ordering. Postage for returns are not reimbursed and must be sent using a traceable service.

Orders sent out mistakenly by William Evans Ltd must be notified and we will send a return labelto have the wrong parcel returned. Please do not send the item back before contacting us as we cannot reimburse postage. Every effort is made to send all parcels out correctly and in a timely fashion. International customers are reminded to mark the parcel returning to William Evans as a "return". William Evans Ltd will not accept packages which incur import fees as a result of a parcel wrongly described at point of entry. Exceptionally comfortable and effortlessly stylish, this coat is composed of a Venturi® 2-layer lamination that combines light insulation for bulk-free warmth, and a waterproof soft peached outer fabric for supreme all-weather protection. The micro-fleece-lined-hand-warming pockets add an extra layer of comfort during colder seasons. The two internal zipper pockets provide a secure spot for storing small essentials on the go. This piece is finished with a water-resistant retainer strap that provides quick and easy access to your cartridges.

Venturi is a membrane that has been developed by Schöffel in Germany using their expertise in fabric technologies. Schöffel products with Venturi are permanently windproof, waterproof, breathable, wonderfully soft to the touch, and have a minimum water column of 10,000 mm.
