Please send any returns to the address below and ensure you include the completed returns form, enclosed at the time of ordering. Postage for returns are not reimbursed and must be sent using a traceable service.

Orders sent out mistakenly by William Evans Ltd must be notified and we will send a return labelto have the wrong parcel returned. Please do not send the item back before contacting us as we cannot reimburse postage. Every effort is made to send all parcels out correctly and in a timely fashion. Please note we cannot change the destination of the parcel once it has been dispatched.
International customers are reminded to mark the parcel returning to William Evans as a "return". William Evans Ltd will not accept packages which incur import fees as a result of a parcel wrongly described at point of entry. Please note that all import and duties fees enforced by customs upon receiving your order are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back on the import fees paid.
