| About Us We endeavour to improve the range of products as often as possible to give you the best possible choice. We cannot therefore guarantee future stocks of one particular product but will always have new lines arriving. As soon as new products arrive we will put them on the website and remove them when stocks of that product are depleted. | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone if you prefer. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Delivery And Handling We try to ensure that orders are expedited as quickly as possible and delivered by the fastest and most economical route. Details of postage and delivery charges are automatically calculated and shown at the 'Checkout' stage of the ordering process. | Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included in all our prices. If you wish to order from outside the EU please telephone us to place your order with VAT free prices. |
| Credit Card Security We are unaware of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our online shopping system. When you place an order, all credit card numbers and details are 128-bit encrypted between yourselves and the bank. No banking details are ever held in clear text. |
| Guarantee We guarantee that all products will perform as stated when used according to the instructions. All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us strictly within 14 days and you will receive a refund less the cost of postage and packaging. |

| Returns Policy If you place an order and then decide you do not want it, please telephone us as soon as possible on 020 7493 0415. Providing the order has not been despatched, you will be refunded. If you have already received your goods, you may cancel the order strictly up to 14 days after you have received your goods. We will refund you the cost of the order less postage and packaging strictly within 14 days provided you send the goods back to us in saleable condition at your own expense. Please advise of faulty or wrong goods strictly within 14 days of receiving the order and we will refund or exchange. |
