William Evans are specialists in Gun and Rifle Repair and Restoration. Whether it is a simple "strip and clean" at the end of every season, or a full renovation including re-stocking, re-barreling, sleeving or any other major work, our workshop just outside of London can undertake most projects. Our experts work hard to provide the same level of quality in repairing a 100 year old gun as they do when making a new William Evans. Each gun is inspected by the Gun Room Manager on return from the workshop to ensure that the customer's requirements have been met and that high standards are maintained.

Storage

William Evans has one of the largest gun storage areas in London and is happy to store customers' guns and rifles at very competitive rates. The guns are stored on site and so can be easily taken away by the owner with only one day's notice requested so that we can have the gun ready and waiting for collection.

Cartridges

William Evans provides its customers with its famous range of cartridges including the "St James", the "Pall Mall" and the "Marlborough", all of these in paper or plastic cased shells. Selling close to half a million cartridges per season, we still have plenty in stock for anyone passing by who needs to stock up for their next day's shooting. For a full list of shot sizes and loads, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you what is available. Our Gun Room staff are always on hand to help you decide what cartridge would be best for you and your gun.

Please be advised that no cartridges, guns or rifles can be released to any person without production of their current and valid certificate UK shotgun or firearm certificate. Photocopies are not accepted, nor are EU Firearms Permits. We must see the original certificate every time even if your certificate was only checked by us recently.
